Hi, I'm Monica with Flagler Clean... my husband Jason started our business a few years ago in North Florida. I left my 8-5 corporate job in Feb 15 to join him in expanding and running the business. I have to say it took me about 6 months to make the move and I don't regret it one bit!! I manage the office... payroll, marketing, etc, etc. I haven't been in the field and I honestly hope one day (when its cooler) to get out there and learn hands on, my husband might pass out thou when it comes time but I do think being in the field will help me with selling jobs. There is so much to learn and I hope this Forum grows by leaps and bounds so we all can support and learn from each other!
